Rapid Request requires authentication to access protected evaluation data. This means only verified users can browse PBM offerings, view employer requirements, or engage with the platform. Anonymous browsing of sensitive PBM evaluation information is not permitted.

NDA-Controlled Disclosure

PBM offerings on Rapid Request can be NDA-protected. NDA protection is required to view sensitive offering information, including details such as:

Detailed pricing, rebate, and fee structures
Contract terms, guarantees, and operational processes
Client references and performance details
Clinical, network, formulary, and implementation detail

Employer groups must agree to an NDA before accessing protected details. This protection helps PBMs participate without exposing sensitive commercial information to unqualified parties.

Staged Discovery

Employer groups can discover high-level PBM offering summaries before sensitive terms are disclosed. As both parties progress through qualification, more detailed information can become available at the appropriate stage.
